Good but....

Its a funny game and its really well done, but PLEASE PUT SOME PHOTO TO UNLOCK WHEN YOU GO ON WITH THE GAME!!! not only colors!!!!!

Awesome, just like I remember

Takes me back the 80s. Great game for a phone to kill time

Great game!

There was a different game that brought me to this one. It was birds that you trapped and everything else was pretty similar. Not Qix though. I can spend a lot of time on this game. Thank you for making it.

Decent rendition of Qix

Decent mechanics. Could use some randomness when initializing levels. Regularly forgets place in game sending you back to level 1 instead of continuing paused game.

Great Game

This game is simple but incredibly fun. Ive probably spent more time playing Bix than games that cost 10 times as much. The only suggestion I would have would be to allow users to save their progress. This app is definitely worth a buck.

Excellent game

I have had this game for months and play it almost every day. Reviewers who want to change the concept of the game dont get it: You start off with two extra "lives," and you lose a life each time you or your line-in-progress gets hit by a ball in the playing field. You can get extra lives, but when you lose them all, the game is over and a new game starts at the beginning, like every other game of this sort. Thats how games with extra "lives" work (think Pacman); otherwise, why need the extra lives? The "save feature" means you can stop the game, do something else, and come back later. But you cant start up where you left off when all your lives are gone. (Thats just plain silly.) Ive reached level 50 now -- more than 500,000 points -- and Ive just scratched the surface.

Sublime simplicity mark a fun arcade remake.

The demo spells out everything you need to know about the game. Full version unlocks more levels but no new elements or modes to enhance the fun. The simple gameplay works because it is a remake of a classic, updated to work with touch screans. If you are a fan of the original or of arcades you will see past the repeditive nature and enjoy Bix.

Good game, but really buggy

I will change my review once they make the little guy more responsive to your finger because right now you have to swipe left about 10 times for it to finally pick up what you want.

great game

I agree that sometimes the controls are unresponsive. but the game is simple and addictive nonetheless.

Awesome game

Very nice

love it

ive had this game for a year and now its starting to glitch :-(

Awesome!!!!!!!!!

Im one of the top ten BOO

Finally Qix is found!

The closest thing to the original I have ever found.

Awesome

Great app I love it Extremly addicting I play EVERYDAY!!

Good and cheap

This game is fun. Good control but please randomize the levels. It does get old replaying the same levels the exact same way over and over. Otherwise good purchase.

We are hooked!

Love this game on phone or iPad. Husband and I were totally hooked after one day and cant stop playing. A big time waster, but we are hoping to achieve some kind of record and compete with each other. Reminds me of the old days when games were simpler and FUN.

Addictive

It is a very addictive and fun game, but has 1 really annoying bug where the dot gets stuck. Seems to only happen when Im having a really good game!

No sound at all

It blows my mind that this game has no sound. Good game, but no sound.

Love it

Better Jezball replacement.

Amazingly simple, huge fun

Ive loved this game since Game Boy had sort of a similar version way back in the day. Instead of balls roaming around, it was a stick of varying lengths and speeds depending on level. I think the game was called "Stix". PLEASE, PLEASE update it for the iPad. A full resolution version on there would be a sure winner!!
